6Legs to Fitness was started by Brad Pattison a few years ago in Calgary and has now grown to having instructors across Canada.  It is a way for dog owners to get a workout and include their furry buddies. There is a leash that has specially been designed for this sole purpose. It is about a staying healthy, good dog ownership, and having FUN. Classes are open to all dogs and people alike, all you need is the drive for better health.

Classes are 90 minutes in length and are designed to get you in shape. We use push-ups, dips, lunges, squats, core excersises, and stretching to get our bodies strong and healthy. The class also includes a self defence aspect to empower ourselves, and dog management for handling skills with our dogs.

We are not a bootcamp and I do not stand on the side while you workout, my motto is

"If I can't do it with you, then why would I get you to do it?"

Classes are on going, but do break for the winter. If you would like to participate in a class contact me, and if you have a group that you would like to put together, I am willing to come to your area to teach classes.

Classes are $15 each or 11 for $150
